These terms are an agreement between you and MN Ventures, MB, company code 306686908, VAT ID LT100017154112, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”), for using launchpal.app, the launch check, our tracking script and everything else we call LaunchPal. By using LaunchPal, you agree to them.
1. What LaunchPal is
LaunchPal helps you launch an app: it checks your site, gives you a plan with daily steps, shows your numbers and, with paid plans, does some of the work with you. We’re opening it in stages, so some features described on our site are marked as coming soon. They may change before they open.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or over and give us a real email address.
- To buy the Launch Pass, you must be 18 or over, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- If you use LaunchPal for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
3. Checking sites
The free check reads only what anyone can see on a public site. Deeper checks run only on apps where our script is installed, which shows the app is yours. Only add our script, and connect accounts, for apps you own or manage.
4. Fair use
Don’t use LaunchPal to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- attack, overload or probe sites you don’t own, or LaunchPal itself;
- send spam, or post in communities against their rules;
- fake sign-ups, payments or other numbers, including to win the Growth Grant;
- copy or resell LaunchPal, or scrape it.
5. The Launch Pass and payments
- The Launch Pass is a one-time payment for one app. It includes what our pricing page lists when you buy it.
- Prices are in US dollars. The final price, including any VAT, is shown before you pay.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
- Human help, such as the landing page review, is done within the time shown on our pricing page, for example 48 hours. We won’t do this work for apps that break the law or these terms.
6. Changing your mind and refunds
If you’re a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the Launch Pass starts straight away, you ask us at checkout to begin within those 14 days. If you then withdraw, we refund the part we haven’t provided yet. Once the Launch Pass has been fully provided, the right to withdraw no longer applies. Charges made by mistake are always refunded. To withdraw or ask for a refund, write to hello@launchpal.app.
7. Your content and data
Your apps, texts and data stay yours. You let us use them only to run LaunchPal for you. When our script collects data about your app’s visitors, we process it on your behalf under our data processing agreement, and you’re responsible for telling your visitors about it in your own privacy policy. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your own data.
8. Launching in public and the Growth Grant
Launching in public is optional. If you choose it, we show your app and the details you agree to on LaunchPal, until you switch it off. The Growth Grant has its own official rules, which apply on top of these terms once published.
9. Our advice, not guarantees
We work hard to give you useful checks, steps and suggestions, but we can’t promise any number of users, customers or revenue. Fix prompts change your app, so review them and keep backups before you apply them. Nothing on LaunchPal is legal, tax or financial advice.
10. Our responsibility
We provide LaunchPal as it is and as available, and we may change or improve it. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn’t limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn’t let us limit.
11. Ending
You can stop using LaunchPal and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, email you before they apply. If you keep using LaunchPal after that, the new terms apply.
13. Law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws and courts of the country you live in. Consumers in Lithuania can also ask the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt) to help settle a dispute out of court.
